I received the UV filter and found that it had 3/4" connections. I went to the website to check the connection size and discovered that the spec is not listed. I did not notice when purchasing so the mistake is on me. I will hold onto the filter until I have a use for 3/4 connections. Very disappointing that you feel the need to omit an important spec.. So far it has been extremely effective on our hard water problems the incoming water from the well is about 75 grains ( very hard) and after the water softener it is at 2 grains. Very easy to install and I believe the water meter regeneration will save on salt as our old water softener regenerated every other day regardless of needing regeneration or not . We also purchased the UV light and hoping that it will eliminate the odor causing bacteria that we have had in the past in the hot water heater. We have treated the hot water heater with peroxide and hoping the UV light will eliminate that problem. Overall it is working extremely well so 5 stars on this purchase üëç. Thomas H..
