The Ursa features a thick panel of seeded glass that glows like its constellation namesake. An interest in religious architecture was at the origin of the Procession Outdoor Sconce design. Influenced by a visit to Copenhagen’s Grundtvigs Kirke in the 1980s, our designer was intrigued by the use of forced perspective in a spatial progression that led to the creation of the Procession Collection. The church’s original arch was transformed to a simple rectangular portal made of aluminum. Designed for the outdoors, yet elegant enough for indoor use, as well.
