Coffee table needed to be fully assembled, with difficulty on several of the screws. One screw would not go in. A friend who makes furniture tried to help, but when we tightened the screws that were in they poked through the top of the table--indicating very poor quality. I took photos and contacted Wayfair. Your "virtual assistant" said to return the item, which would be a complete waste of money and time since it was unusable. This assistant then told me it showed up on its screen as having been returned, so not to worry about it--credit should be issued soon. This ottoman is so cute! I love the feet of the ottoman and it goes well with my furniture. The height is nice and it doesn’t side around while I use it on carpet because it has little felt dots on the bottom of the feet. Be sure to check the bottom of the ottoman to remove the gel pack..
