Pretty nice. Not as heavy as I imagined. No installation instructions are included but they are on the website. Just an extra step you shouldn’t have to take. Also, if an Allen wrench was included I might have figured out how the head and base secure to the pole. I was in the hunt for screws. Another step you shouldn’t have to take. Love this mailbox! However, be aware that there are issues with the assembly. They provide two long bolts to attach the mailbox support (scrolled piece) the the post. Only one bolt fits easily. The other bolt is too long to fit where it needs to go. We had to cut the bolt to get it in place. The base part had some jagged metal inside that we had to cut off so it would not scratch the post.
