Great product however I paid for expedited shipping and did not receive the items within the window I was promised. After contacting customer support about the issue they told me no refunds for shipping delays. I paid over $300 for expedited shipping for it to arrive within the time frame promised and it did not. The foot ring's height adjusts from 7-3/4 to 17-3/4". The 5 blade caster base allows stool to move easily. The seat fully swivels. Also available, optional stool glides can replace casters for stationary use.
