Great product however I paid for expedited shipping and did not receive the items within the window I was promised. After contacting customer support about the issue they told me no refunds for shipping delays. I paid over $300 for expedited shipping for it to arrive within the time frame promised and it did not. Stool is fine, fedex is garbage though. Scuffs all over the backrest plastic bezel. Pneumatic shaft fully extended, sticking 6 inches out of the box. Use a better carrier. No one should spend this kind of money on a stool only to have fedex manhandle the package with no regard. Unlikely to use wayfair again until you drop fedex.. Anonymous. Wed May 18 2022
