Really nice low-profile ice-maker that generates a considerable amount of ice in a short period of time! I have used this product during several events to continuously generate ice in "real-time" to supplement our refrigerator-based ice maker so that non one had to "run out to the grocery store" for more ice !

It doesn't freeze. It makes ice and dumps it into a bucket. The interior is not a freezer.
