Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. I was not stuck with the hassle of trying to return the item. Again I never expected that type of service. Thank you Wayfair! The item was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. When we opened the box the packing seemed to be fine but there was a dent in the top front left corner. Well designed. Like all storage units, larger bottles will diminish capacity but this one works better than most. Bottom 2 shelves are shorter (motor behind) and hold less, so a perfect place to remove and use for specialty bottles as shown here (3 liter in box with a 1.5 liter behind it). Door was fairly easy to switch sides, requires 2 people. Only had a week but seems to hold temperatures well, however the door is cool to the touch so maybe not quite as energy efficient as it could be. I'd recommend to anyone.. Tim. San Mateo, CA. The installers were incredible! They were very careful to move in the refrigerator without scratching any of our newly painted walls.
