When the stove arrived early I was thrilled. When the stove was unboxed I was crushed. The finish was badly marred, the oven thermostat was hanging loose and one burner didn't work at all. I immediately contacted Wayfair thinking I had mad a terrible mistake having bought a stove online rather than in a bricks and mortar store. I sent pictures of the problems and without hesitation Wayfair replied that a new stove would be dispatched as soon as possible and that the damaged stove should simply be disposed of. I bought this stove 2 weeks ago. I'm happy with it for the most part expect for the "stainless steel " finish on the front of the range. It's so hard to clean. It never looks shiny and a little scratched even though I am so careful with it. I don't think it's real stainless steel like my old GE stove.
