It is the perfect type of mattress for the cradle my husband made for our, soon to be arrival, of our newest grandchild. Because we were in a hurry to get the mattress this was the best option to receive on time. I had to make adjustments on size, it worked out great. From a original size of 18" x 36", I adjusted the size to 15.5" x 36". The one issue I was surprised with in opening up the seams and pulling out the foam there was this cheap plastic between the cover and the foam that was falling apart, several pieces actually.
