I purchased this as an open box item. It came quickly and basically assembled, you just have to attach the legs and plug in the cables. Warning however, if you put a 14" hybrid mattress on it it is super tall to get into the bed. The legs are over 11" tall and add the mattress and you have a super tall bed. I’m extremely pleased with this bed frame. It arrived quickly and was packaged securely, with all parts clearly labeled. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t require any special tools. Very stable very well-made and extremely heavy platform base for an adjustable bed. The only downside is that a mattress is tricky to find for this size. You will probably have to order it online as stores only have king size splits however this seems like a pretty good base love the fact that there’s a light underneath for navigating in the dark.
