I received this lovely, plush robe today, so this review is limited to my initial impressions. I expect, if this garment is treated with care as to use and cleaning, it shall wear as well as my previous, quality fleece robes. The colors appear as true as one can expect when viewed online - the coffee is a soft, mink color which contracts beautifully with the creamy white. I loved the design from the moment I reviewed this item but hesitiated before I purchased, based on some of the more negatives reviews. Even so, I always make my own decision upon futher reflection, knowing that there are always those who are unrealistic, love to nit pick or didn't read carefully as to the details. The person who complained there was only one loop was foolish not to reach out to Wayfair and/or the manufacturer right away as this was undoubtedly a mistake that can happen with any product produced according to modern practices. The listing includes the following language - "100% risk-free satisfaction guarantee we also offer you a 100% risk-free satisfaction guarantee to let you buy with confidence; no questions asked." Mine arrived with the requisite 2 loops and is as described as to the length, pockets, shawl color which is in effect a hood and very, soft fabric. Indeed, this item is an excellent choice for those of us who live in the northern tier of the U.S. In sum, I am very pleased I decided to puchase this elegant, cozy, "uber" soft Rosdorf Park robe as it exceeds my expectations, particularly given the price. But I'm delighted, esp with the spaciousness & plush/absorbent feel. It dried fairly quickly & still feels inviting. Have yet to wash it -- will see how it holds up then. For now, this senior thinks she's found the answer to why showering as I've aged has become more of a burden than one's of life's true pleasures.
