This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. I change this every couple years for sanitation purposes & wear & tear, to prolong life if my garbage disposal… Inexpensive & simple to change…. Marialice. Sun Oct 05 2025

Versatile, dual-position stopper lets water and small food particles ″in″ the disposer but keeps silverware and other objects ″out″. The stopper closes tightly for use as a conventional sink stopper. This stopper will complement most stainless steel sinks.

I did not end up keeping this item but for what it does, it works perfectly. My wife preferred to use a grate on the garbage disposal side so having this stopper was more of a hindrance vs a help. The item is well constructed and does what it’s designed to do. The only reason I opted to return was personal preference of the grate over the cover.. Dave. Painesville, OH. Mon Feb 05 2024

The instant hot water dispenser is the greatest kitchen invention of the century! However, you should consider two things: 1) you can get a filter so that the hot water is filtered -if you drink filtered water normally, your hot water should also be filtered! 2) if you get a filter, then you might want to get a dispenser that dispenses both hot OR cold. We started off with just hot/no filter. We ended up replacing it with hot AND cold with filter. Best. Kitchen. Addition. Ever.. Rochelle. Silver Spring, MD. Fri Aug 01 2025

The instant hot water dispenser improves efficiency and adds convenience for a variety of different tasks including preparing coffee or tea, blanching vegetables, making oatmeal, loosening baked foods, warming baby bottles and many other kitchen activities. So simple, so useful, once you use it, you’ll love it instantly.

Installed this myself as a replacement for the instant hot + cold faucet in our Kitchen that finally gave out. At first I was intimidated by the maze of hoses and water lines connecting it to the tank, but the installation instructions were so clear and easy to understand that the DIY job went smoothly, and we were back in business in no time. I just trust the Insinkerator brand. All of their products I’ve ever owned, from disposals to instant hot systems, are well-made with solid metal components (not plastic), and they’ve performed reliably/as expected for years without issue. I like that there are parts available if you need a repair, and the DIY installation instructions are easy to follow. The versatile, modern styling of their faucet fixtures is an added bonus! If you think their product pricing is high, just remember, “You get what you pay for.”. Slonnett. Wheaton, IL. Thu Aug 29 2024

The power cord kit is easy to install.

They definitely created this power cord for the pure purpose of causing you to purchase the EZ cord. I have no doubt they paid engineers to make this as unusable as possible for that very purpose, I will never recommend a product by this company just because of this idiotic power cord..
