Your clock arrived broken. This is the fourth clock in numerous years I have ordered from your site. Needless to say NONE of them have worked. The Atomic clock recently ordered still hasn't set it itself after 4 days, even being outside. I have ordered other products from you but this has ended my relationship with you. I didn't even receive an invoice with either of of my last purchases of how to return the items for credit. Guess I will just shallow the the money and no longer deal with you, which would be great so that I don't have to spend the time sending back items that you would pawn off on another customer!
