The first fountain delivered the pump broke after ten minutes of use. The replacement fountain delivered worked for about two months and then broke. I only used reverse osmosis water in the fountain, so there was no mineral build up as an excuse for it breaking. Cheap product. Steer clear.

The first one I ordered arrived and the pumpm ended up being louder than the water. I contacted customer service and they immediate sent a replacement which has been perfect (to note- it did have a different pump). I'm very pleased with this fountain, it's very realistic looking.

Looks great with our plants and the sound is so tranquil.

I'm a life coach and wanted something peaceful for my office. I like the way it looks. For the first couple hours I ran it it sounded lovely. However, after that I could hear the motor more than water. I tried rearranging the cords in the back to quiet the noise, to no avail. I found something better quality at a good price somewhere else, and will send it back. I am disappointed, but i've been very pleased with all of my other Wayfair purchases!
