Bellanger Metal Wall Clock

Arrived broken and poorly packaged, initiated exchange within 3 days, then second one arrived also broken, and no opportunity for return because it arrived AFTER the 30 day return policy on initial purchase. Customer service not helpful. Total ripoff

The clock was delivered flat on my porch. The label clearly read Do Not Lay Flat. The clock was bent when taking it out of the box. The inside packing material and shipping box were clearly inadequate for such a heavy item. Because of this I requested to return the item instead of reordering.

Terrible experience. This clock arrived with little to no package and the glass was all broken and clock casing was dented badly. Disappointing!

I love it, wish it wasn't broken when I got it.

Nice and good quality, super heavy so we were worry to find a good place to hold it. But love it in overall.
