This product is gorgeous and makes a great gift for family and friends that work in the aviation industry.

It came on time and exactly as indicated, packaged safely.

It either fell apart in transport or was never put together properly. The clock arms and battery pack came apart so the arms were loose inside the sealed face face of the clock. I first assumed some assembly was required between there being no instructions in the package and some googling I deduced that the item should have arrived only needing batteries to be installed. Will be exchanging. It is otherwise a cool item so I want to exchange it, not return it.
