Great product, sturdy construction and superb for sauces.

Great for cooking sauces and other similar recipes. But very hard to clean even with the Made In cleaner. I find it best to soak it overnight but even then there is a lot of scrubbing necessary.

The 3 quart saucier was my first Made In purchase and it Made Me a life long fan. This is my go-to workhorse for just about anything I intend to be my main course for dinner.

I had been riding the fence about buying this saucier pan for months, unsure if I needed what is basically just another sauce pan, but intrigued nonetheless. I finally decided I would just go for it and see if the Made In saucier lived up to all the hype it was getting. I have only owned them for a few weeks now, and I can already say the answer is a resounding yes. First impressions right out of the box, I was surprised at just how rock solid the construction felt, without feeling heavy. They feel well balanced. Got it on the stove, it sits perfectly flat, zero rocking. Best of all, it heats fast and very evenly. I have boiled water, made a sauce, and tossed pasta in this pan just to get an idea for how it cooks. The rounded bottom corners instead of the straight sidewalls and right angles of my other sauce pans make these a much different type of pan to cook with. Five stars across the board, and it cleans up fast and easy with just soap and water. These aren’t cheap pans so I was hesitant to buy it, but it is already my favorite pan, and I will be adding the 5qt saucier to my collection. If you like to cook, and care about your equipment, these saucier pans will be welcome additions to your kitchen.
