They provide a smooth cooking experience and make cooking more enjoyable. Cleaning is a breeze, and the nature ability for the titanium to be non stick was unexpected and has made these pans that much better. Much the investment 10 out of 10 times. My cooking results are better thanks to the incredible features of these pans.

I haven't this set for long, but it has already made a difference in my cooking. I have never owned high quality cookware like this before. I have opted for middle of the road cookware in the past. After reading an article praising a Hestan skillet I decided to take the plunge. So far it's been worth it.. When I unpacked my set I was amazed by how it just felt like quality... But looks are one thing.. How did it preform when cooking.. Also amazing.. These things heat up evenly on my induction cooktop. I didn't realize how bad my prior cookware was preforming until I tried these.. Now there is no going back.. With the build quality hopefully this will be the final set up cookware I will ever need to buy..

I have a Grand Diplôme from The Cordon Bleu in Paris. I owned a very successful restaurant in San Francisco and am a very, very, very good home cook now--he said modestly! These pans are like being given the Nobel Prize in cooking award. The are miraculous! They heat as fast as my tin lined copper French pans and they take the highest heat, brown things perfectly and quickly, and then clean as if by magic. I have never been so excited about a kitchen product since the Robot Coupe. They are beautifully made, the perfect weight, and are a joy to use. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I received my 5pc Nanobond set a few days ago and am just blown away by how exquite each piece looks. I immediately hand washed each piece later planned to cook dinner. I prepared scallops in the 11in fry pan. They came out superbly delicious. Next I prepared salmon which cam out out equally amazing. I am going to prepare a chicken thigh dinner in the saute pan tomorrow and have no doubt it will come out well. I really believe the food tastes better in these pans.I ordered the three quart soup pot last week and should be here as well. This will complete my set of 10 which inlcludes thses five pieces plus the 8.5 inch fry pan and 3.5 quart essential pan. I think I now have something for all of my cooking needs. If you are considering ordering these pan just go ahead and do it. Dont just think of this as merely another purchase. It much more than that....it is an investment.

I've tried many brands, high end included, and I am happiest with the NanoBond. Cooking is even, easy to clean and always looks like new. It's beautiful too and why not have beauty as well as superb function? The handle is comfortable and the ease in handling is important to me.
