The triple-bonded 18/10 stainless-steel construction featuring Hestan’s exclusive ProCore aluminum delivers 35 percent greater heat conductivity. I like the lids, but find I need one pot with a tight-fitting lid for popcorn. I didn’t want the coated pan, but the cost for the set was still favorable so I gave it away.
