Hestan Thomas Keller Insignia 7-Piece Set

The non-stick pan is trash and not sure what it is included in a stainless set when most of us looking for stainless cookware do not want the toxic properties of non-stick surfaces. The pans heat well and clean well. My only other problem is that the price point is way too high not to include the tight fitting stainless lids that you also need. The flat lid they come with is way too big, not truly flat so it leaves a huge gap on all of the pans. The only thing I really use the flat lid for is making popcorn.
