Works great--maybe too great. Becareful not to get nicks on your fingers when cleaning it.

This is a great hard workable tool for the kitchen. The blades stays straight and in it’s place, they will not bend or break after many uses. Also dishwasher safe.

So very handy. Strong. Sturdy. Sharp blades. The included little plastic band makes it easy to store in my utensil drawer. I use this often on eggs, mushrooms, strawberries and kiwis.

This was a fantastic buy. This egg slicer cuts clean and helps to present a pretty dish. I used this to slice strawberries that I used as a topping on brioche. I highly recommend purchasing this and adding it to your kitchen tools.
