Ceramic Individual Knives

The Revolution series from Kyocera features an advanced ceramic, zirconium oxide blade with a deeper profile for greater knuckle clearance and redesigned polypropylene resin handle for precise control. For everyday functions requiring precision slicing and straight cuts. Perfect for the home cook, this knife will be used daily, quickly becoming a favourite in the kitchen. Ideal for fruits, vegetables and boneless meats. Packaged in an acetate box, a great tool for any chef. Kyocera advanced ceramic blades offer superior edge retention, holding their edge at least 10 times longer than other professional cutlery, including high carbon steel. Unparalleled purity: it will never brown foods, since there are no metallic ions to transfer – it won't alter the taste, smell or appearance of food. The blade will never rust. Lifetime complimentary sharpening: Kyocera will sharpen your knives back to a factory new edge.

This is the best knife I have ever owned. Just waiting for the set to be back in stock so I can order it.. Donna. Pittsburgh, PA. Thu Jun 04 2026

Fruits and veggies cut with a metal knife tend to turn brown fairly quickly (called oxidization); but with a Ceramic knife, it's much slower if it happens at all! In a recent test comparison of Peterson Housewares ceramic knives vs. metal knives, oxidization took twice as long compared to Metal knives tested. Ceramic knives start out much sharper than more expensive metal knives, and stay that way much longer! Compare retails of a decent metal knife to Peterson housewares ceramic knives, and you'll really appreciate the ceramic benefits.

This is a great little knife...very sharp!. Karen. St. Charles, MO. Sat Oct 10 2020

Love this ceramic knife. The first one I ordered chipped while cutting a chicken breast. After contacting Wayfair they replaced the knife. Great customer service.. Kay. Hillsdale, MI. Sun Feb 08 2026

Excellent cutting very sharp for vegetables mandatory. Anonymous. Sun Jul 14 2024

I liked the idea of having ceramic knives since I read about it. Metal is good for cutting meats, ceramic helps prevent metal from “ionizing” fruits and vegetables. I’m all for healthy living…(just have to be gentle because they are fragile). Nilda. Murfreesboro, TN. Sat Feb 24 2024
