The Wallis Professional Nutmeg Grinder makes grating fresh nutmeg effortless. Featuring a high-quality stainless steel blade, it ensures smooth and consistent grating, releasing the full aromatic flavour of nutmeg. With an ergonomic design for comfort and ease of use, this grinder is an essential tool for enhancing sweet and savoury dishes.

What a fantastic kitchen gadget for anyone who loves to cook! I thought I owned every kitchen tool imaginable, but I didn't have a nutmeg grinder. I'm a big fan of the Cole & Mason brand and have used several of their salt and pepper shaker sets for years, so I was excited to try this. Freshly ground nutmeg is so much better than store-bought pre-ground nutmeg, especially in cream sauces and baked goods. Before getting this, I was using a rasp, which often led to scraped knuckles or caught fingernails whenever the nutmeg slipped. This grinder completely solves that problem. You simply fill it with whole nutmegs, lift the handle to position one against the blade, and turn. It produces a perfect, fine grate every time. It’s well-made, easy to use, and a wonderful addition to any kitchen! I'm so glad I got this before the holidays...I'm going to be using it a lot for pumpkin pie and in my mac & cheese sauce!. Exactly what I wanted! It's compact, all in one place. And for some reason, it doesn't 'leak' much after using it, I haven't seen any grounds left on the table. This was not one of the first items that showed up in the search, so I was a bit doubtful. I don't know why it doesn't show up first. It does everything a grinder should do, and does it well..
