Really great pans! Probably the nicest I've ever had. Easy to use and clean with even heating. All have a great non-stick coating that so far have not chipped away. I have made scrambled eggs, fried eggs, pancakes, and quesadillas. I was able to use a little oil and the food easily glided off. I had been shopping around for a new heavy duty cooking set and this showed up at the perfect time! These are beautiful, heavy duty quality with a slippery nonstick surface. I got rid of my old pots and pans and replaced them with this set. The first dish I made was a creamy sun-dried tomato roasted chicken, and I made it in the pot and finished it off in the oven; which these are also oven-safe making cooking a breeze with less dirty dishes.
