Our Pergola arrived in 3 long boxes. One of the boxes had a large taped up hole on the wide side. After doing the inventory we realized all the hardware was missing from the box with the hole I contacted Wayfair to try and get the hardware. They were fantastic! Great communication. They bent over backwards to ensure we received what we were missing. We ended up receiving an everything we needed. It was tricky at times to put it up. Once we figured thins out it went smoothly. It’s perfect for what I needed. I initially set out to find an aluminum model, but this one ended up being an excellent choice. It gets quite windy in my area, so I really appreciate the additional weight and stability. Assembly went fairly smoothly, although I did have to get a little creative when fitting some of the connectors that join the beams together (time waster for sure, better QA is needed). A good soft mallet definitely comes in handy for getting everything seated properly without damaging the parts. I was also missing one component when the package arrived, but the replacement was shipped within a couple of days. Fortunately, it wasn’t a part that prevented me from completing the assembly and there were no damaged parts. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and feel it was a great fit for my needs.. This is a great pergola! I love that it provides an area of shade on my back porch without blocking the sunlight coming into my house completely. The roof itself is light filtering, which is great because it’s not completely blacked out. I love the curtains and mash liner so that I can enclose it if I need to or keep it open. The installation itself was not accurate according to the instruction pamphlet. It only needed two people, but took between six and eight hours to assemble. The metal outdoor grill gazebo built with a heavy-duty galvanized steel frame and a sloped hardtop roof, this structure is engineered to withstand winds up to 70 MPH and snow loads up to 20 inches. Now that it is assembled I'm pleased with the final product but assembly was very tedious and annoying. All of the metal sheets and the trim pieces were covered in a clear plastic film that was very difficult to remove. The directions said removal was optional, but I can't imagine how it would look after a few years when it started to come off in bits and pieces. Also the directions were confusing and incomplete. Our large grill fits perfectly under the metal roof. There is also room for a chair or two. The small shed will be a very handy place to store lawn furniture during the winter and I plan to put a shelf unit inside for grilling accessories. It was quite easy to assemble (we only needed two people for the posts and main beams) and I was able to do the rest by myself. ​However, there are a couple of things worth pointing out. As shown in the photos, some of the holes on the beams were not pre-drilled, which made installation a bit more difficult. Additionally, the hook used to move the louvers arrived with rust spots and a poor finish, which is disappointing for a brand-new item.
