Received wrong brand -BNEHS instead of DSNAPE (similar item with no brand logo) than what was purchased with a broken bottom heater panel. Absolutely love this sauna. I was all set to buy a much cheaper sauna and my husband said to splurge for the bigger one. As for it being a 2 person, that can depend on size of people. I myself don’t think it would be comfortable with 2 pp. heats up to 140 which is plenty hot for us. We can both comfortably stand in it. I’m 5ft 8 and my hubby is 6ft 2. I love that it has automatic shut off as well. That was a huge safety factor of mine. In case my teenagers were to try it out. Door seals well enough to keep heat in. As for the set up. Pretty straightforward took my son and husband an hour or so to unpack and lay out hardware. Totally recommend doing this. Husband ended up calling a buddy to help 2nd day, and they ended up with many leftovers that bothered me. At one point my husband attached side and forgot the trim. He tried talking me into not putting it on and I made him take off sides to install. Yup I was right would it have sealed properly without it. It’s not a 45 min set up for sure. Speaker is great. I mainly use the red light but all others are nice as well. Not sure what some were complaining about speaker being not good. Perhaps it was their WiFi? Even works great radio stations. I searched for several months and always seemed to compare with this one. So glad we pulled the trigger an opted for the more expensive one. In the end I think it was best. I do wish heat and timer buttons were easier to program. The heat button is sensitive and you gotta hit it on bottom left to increase the heat. Timer starts out at 30 min during heat up. I then have to add time to hit my 30 min. Time limit. Now….. I think for the price a sauna seat, backrest and sauna hats should be included as a bonus. Think about the health benefits and tell yourself your worth it because you are. Just not sure now if I sell with house in a few years or unassemble and move it with us. Will absolutely purchase again. Oh and finally make sure you tell delivery drivers where you want it put. It’s heavy for sure. Your worth it.. Sullivan. Jacksonville Beach Florida. Tue Aug 18 2026

Took me 10 mins to set it up. Not an hour or more, 10 mins and I was using same day within a half hour... Al. Ballston Lake, NY. Sat Sep 26 2026

Welcome to a delightful and exclusive haven that is uniquely yours. Here, in the warm and inviting environment of your own home, the beautiful visions of relaxing the body and mind, revitalizing your energy, and enhancing your health can all be realized one by one. Our Royal Saunas far - infrared sauna is by no means an ordinary piece of furniture. It is like a magical key that unlocks the door to a healthier and more balanced lifestyle. This three - person sauna is the perfect companion for an active and busy lifestyle rhythm. Once you step inside, the relatively high temperature will quickly prompt you to sweat profusely, making every sauna session truly valuable. You can truly feel that this time is being used efficiently, with rich rewards.

The Sauna does as it’s advertised. Yes it takes 25 mins to get up to temp, but delivers a great sweat. I’m clearly not an electrician as I had assumed because it was 110v, it would plug into a standard North American outlet. Turns out because the amps on this are 20, we had to have an electrician come out and put a dedicated line that could support this load. $1,200 later and permit from the city it’s working as intended. I do enjoy this sauna and noticing better sleep when using it in the evening. The only negative thing I’d say about the sauna itself is that the timer does not appear to work properly (slower vs reality) and have been using our watch or phone timer to gauge how long we’ve been in the sauna.. These Saunas are constructed with the environment in mind which accounts for the efforts in using Reforested Canadian Hemlock wood. The walls are double-panelled and constructed with the thickest interior and exterior wood planks compared to others in the same industry. This all translates to a quality sauna that retains heat more efficiently, heats up faster, and wastes less energy. The FAR infrared Carbon Energy Efficient heating panels are 30% larger than saunas heated by ceramic tubes and penetrate skin 40% more to maximize therapeutic benefits. Unlike ceramic heaters, you will never have to replace the Carbon Energy Efficient heating panels. The Carbon Energy Efficient panels also heat up 30% faster than saunas equipped with ceramic panels and 100% faster than rock and water steam saunas. A 3-person sauna is designed for ease of use and is an outstanding value. Enjoy the convenience of operating your sauna with the dual (interior and exterior) soft-touch control panel and LED display featuring sauna temperature and time functions. This sauna is equipped with a reduced wattage floor and lower bench heater to allow the same benefits and treatment to your legs and feet without the burning sensation of other sauna manufacturers. Enjoy your sauna session with your favourite music through the sauna's built-in FM radio and MP3 auxiliary connection with speakers. This sauna enhances your sauna experience with the bonus feature of the Chromotherapy (colour therapy) lighting system. This sauna plugs into a dedicated 20 amp 110-volt outlet (please consult a certified electrician for replacing a 15 amp dedicated receptacle with an approved 20 amp dedicated receptacle and 20 amp breaker). This sauna may be installed on carpet and at any indoor location including the basement, master bath, or walk-in closet. Indoor use only.
