It works great the hydromassage system really provides a relaxing experience and has great power, and the lights make it look even better at night. I’m not giving it 5 stars because the texture is a bit rough, but considering the price-to-quality ratio, it’s something that can be fixed with a little polishing.. Anonymous. US. Fri Sep 25 2026

Haven’t connected to power yet. The delivery went very well considering the spa weighed almost a ton! The delivery team (Hugo+1) were great and very professional. Update: The headrests are melting black gooey stuff onto the spa liner and got on my neck, shoulders and hair. What a mess to clean up! Why would this type of materials be used in a spa??? NOT HAPPY!!!. Annette. Antioch, CA. Mon Jun 07 2021

Hot tub is perfectly fine but the delivery experience was not great. Delivery was to a ski condo in Vermont so admittedly a remote location but they only sent 2 guys and could barely get it off the truck safely let alone move it to any location besides the driveway.
