This sideboard is so beautiful. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the two middle doors would not align with the holes meant to drill them in so I had to drill them in by eye making it hard to align them just right which is frustrating because it’s a little off. I bought it in walnut. It looks really nice and seems very sturdy. I put it together my self (55F) over the course of a few hours after work with no issues. The only issue I had was that it had a defect in the glaze on front. The manufacturer offered a nice discount, so I decided to keep it. First off once I got this put together and in the place I wanted it, I absolutely love it! The green color is so pretty and I love the gold handles. I put this together by myself, female here. Took me almost 3 hours, it was easy to put together, it would have taken me maybe two hours except that a couple boards broke in the beginning and I had to figure out a solution or pack it back up and ship it back, I decided to try and fix it myself but have to say I was disappointed with how easy it was for the two pieces to break, wish it was made of firmer material. However after using some super glue and duct tape, and praying that it would hold and not show when I was done , I got lucky! But just be very careful when putting this together cause this material seems easily breakable, though once it’s all assembled it seems very sturdy! Really happy with this piece overall! I was looking to consolidate two separate pieces into one to create a cleaner, more polished look in my dining room and this definitely achieved that. Once assembled, it looks very chic, modern, and surprisingly sturdy. It has great storage and display space without feeling overly bulky. The drawer is deep and the cabinets have alot of storage space. A heads up though assembly took much longer than expected, close to 3 hours and it took 2 of us. Definitely not a quick setup, so plan accordingly. One important thing to note the piece has supportive center legs underneath and one of ours broke while moving it. To be fair, that was our fault because we dragged it instead of fully lifting it, but I do think buyers should know the support legs may be vulnerable during movement or repositioning. We love our sideboard. Took us about 3 hr total to put together but we stopped a lot in between. All parts were included. But do wish there had been touch up paint for the top. It had just a couple of tiny places it could have used it. We needed more space in our kitchen and this fit the bill.
