the p roduct is fine but the delivery process was a horror show..i have explained the issues 3 other times..I am not impressed with wayfairs partners thus we have guilt by association!

The loveseat doesn’t work properly. About an hour after receiving it, the left foot rest was reclined and it doesn’t go back into place. I’ve done an online chat but have not heard back from anyone yet with a plan to replace it. Please let me know how I can get a replacement.
