Garbage. After using my office chair on this mat for just 20 minutes on medium carpet pile, the mat already had deep dents in it, essentially rendering it useless. Don't waste your money.

HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! I ordered the 5’ x 8’ mat, understanding that it would be delivered to me rolled. Wellllllll, “rolled” is one thing. “Wound and sealed so tightly by machine that I can’t get the **** thing to unrollrelax” is another. Ridiculous. Trying to figure out how to make this work without killing myself on the spiky carpet grips... you may be getting this one back, Wayfair. Wholly disappointing.

So far so good it has minimal indentations on a medium pile carpet. unpacking was easy and it flattened down rather quick on my balcony floor. Like the size, it protects the carpet better since I’m working more from home

size was accurate. quality is sturdy for heavier persons and lots of movements.
