Was not what I was trying to order

Extremely disappointed in the company who made it. The dresser was packed well, but completely damaged inside the packaging. Wayfair is taking it back and credited my account. Good customer service.

Buying this bedroom set was a nightmare.

This whole process was a nightmare. I bought this bedroom set in November. Got delivered by Wayfair and then some by Fed-Ex. The items that came by Fed-Ex the delivery guys couldn’t touch because it wasn’t delivered by them. The side rail was damaged. They replaced it but then had to get task-rabbit to repair. They reimbursed me for. The hardware for the mirror to attach to the dresser wasn’t in the drawer so the guys couldn’t put together. I called to check the status of when the hardware was going to be delivered the lady said that they could t send me. The lady I first talk to assured me that they would be delivered soon and I should call them then back to schedule for them to attach it. I was so fed up I gave up even calling them back. I decided to give Wayfair a try because some of my friends have bought from them. I’ll never buy any furniture online again.
