Spring construction: Arched Springs IT CAME WITH 5 CASTERS! BUT NO NAILHEAD APPLICATION AROUND THE BASE, OUTSIDE ARM, AND OUTSIDE BACK! EVEN AFTER RE-ORDERING FOR THE SECOND TIME. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY AND MANUFACTURER..
