White 2-Drawer Bookcase With Glass Doors

Im very sad to say that this cabinet, after finally fully assembling it, looks awful. All of the cabinet doors are sagging, despite being brand new, to the point that none of them open or close properly. I adjusted the hinges on one, but to make it close, it had to be turned super crooked within the frame - makes no sense. I suspect that the hinges are not aligned properly, but it will be a ton of work to drill new holes and risky for the particle board. Very unhappy with this purchase, but it took so long for me to get it assembled that the 30 day warranty expired. Not recommended.

The item arrived with good packaging, no damage, and it was easy to assemble. However, one of the drawer mechanisms does not allow the drawer to pull all the way out. I would like to request a replacement drawer mechanism. Could you please advise me on how to proceed? Should I contact Wayfair directly, or should I reach out to the seller? Great cabinet, lots of storage

We ordered and received the bookcase which is a great looking peice once it’s completely assembled. I did not give a 5 because of the problems during assembly. Specifically parts/pieces were missing (plate 26) and there is a misprint in the assembly instructions(it mentions plate 31-there is no plate 31. It’s also not listed in the parts list page. The instructions show steps for plate 32). Then I made the mistake of contacting the fufugaga support rather than WayFair. The reason I didn’t contact WayFair is because on WayFair’s website it refers to Customer Service related to orders, not specifically product Support (the word Support is not there) so I thought I needed to contact fufugaga support instead. That went nowhere for a few days, then fufugaga Support emailed me to contact WayFair which I did and got excellent Customer Support from Angela - having missing parts sent to me allowing me to complete assembly. Angela was great ! She also said to always call WayFair for any product issues rather than the distributor/manufacturer. Patience is needed for assembly but the end result is beautiful !

I got these put together and it hasn't been a week and they look like they are going to fall in on themselves. We had all the drawers and doors lined up perfect but now if I open one I have to make adjustments or it won't close. For the price I expected something that would hold up much better - in a few months I will have to replace these because they won't last and I will be out close to $1000!
