I would NEVER buy from this company without the furniture vbeing put together, the directions for putting my new bureau for a room for traveling nurses in my home was so confusing and after hours, we decided to get some rest and try to finish putting the bureau together tomorrow……..

Lana collection is adorable but would give zero stars if I could. Hunk of junk that didn’t even last 3 years. First, we had to get replacement parts when initially assembling this dresser because the holes didn’t line up in several spots. Then I TRIED to reach out again to get replacement parts 3 years later when the 2 bottom drawer faces completely fell off because the plastic sprockets broke that you screw the drawer pulls to which simultaneously hold the face of the drawer to the rest of the drawer assembly. Poor design as there’s only the tail end of 2 screws barely holding the entire face of the drawer in place. Customer said they’re not able to send any replacement parts because they only provide parts for replacement under the 30-day warranty. Their system is not set up to order replacement parts for charge because they dont have a payment option and Homestyles is not licensed to sell replacement parts out of the warranty. Sooo…overall do NOT recommend this furniture or brand after that experience but if you do end up purchasing I would at least recommend adding glue to reinforce the hold everywhere you can when assembling.

A little difficult to build but once we figured it out its a well made, sturdy dresser that has a lot of room.

Pro Looks great! Con A few pieces that should have had predrilled holes were not predrilled. And it’s time consuming to put together.
