I couldn't be more pleased. Others have noted this color can look more navy - I think it's pretty clear from my picture that this really depends on the lighting. The seats are, indeed, firm, but I find them supportive. I've added throw pillows and, frankly, sit in the chair and read in it very comfortably. Delivery was very smooth and efficient, and it took (I can't make this up) as long to get both loveseat and chair out of their wrapping as it did to attach the legs. It is an extremely versatile color, it looks great with fall colored pillows for autumn, Christmas color schemes, you name it. My only concern is that the tufted buttons do seem slightly loose. If sat on for too long a piece of clothing could snag and pop one of them out, but a tufted button is an easy at home repair with any tufted sofa so don’t let that worry you.
