Alternate sitting and standing to invigorate, a new proposition for healthy office work! This height-adjustable desk converter with removable keyboard tray supports free switching between sitting and standing modes. It not only effectively relieves neck strain but also helps you burn extra calories. Calculations show that standing for 3 hours can burn about 201 kilocalories, which is basically the same as the 232 kilocalories from 200 grams of two bowls of rice. It is recommended that you follow a one-hour healthy work cycle: 45 minutes in a sitting position to focus on work, and 15 minutes in a standing position to stretch your body. By using a scientific alternation rhythm between sitting and standing, you can create a healthier work experience and stay away from back pain and spinal problems that may be caused by prolonged sitting.
