As already noted, the chair was delivered on time, and I am satisfied with it. Noted, however, that the delivery people did not remove the packing material from the lobby of my apartment building. When I telephoned to complain about this, the representative was polite and apologetic and said she'd make a note of this, so that it wouldn't happen again. The Ansleigh manual push-back recliner is activated by merely pushing on the arms of the reclining chair and it will simultaneously activate both the footrest and chair-back into a TV or reading position. Further pressure applied to the arms will move the chair into a fully reclined position.
