This gorgeous fireplace exceeded my expectations. Quality built. Took time to put together and they included a black frame that does not go to this model so that was confusing. The heater warms our large room well. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately the quality of the fireplace wasn't good! Beside the poor quality, Wayfair customer service is terrible. I ordered a fireplace on March 13th for $869.99, and because it shipped in multiple parts on different days, I didn’t receive the complete item right away. By the time everything finally arrived on the 20th, the exact same fireplace had dropped in price to $689.99 — a significant difference. I reached out to customer service hoping for a price adjustment, especially since the delay in receiving the full product was due to the way it was shipped. Unfortunately, they refused to honor the new price or provide any sort of refund for the difference. This feels very unfair as a customer. Had the item arrived all at once and promptly, I might have had the opportunity to take advantage of the lower price. Instead, I ended up paying nearly $200 more for the same product with no resolution offered. I expected better customer service and flexibility, especially for a situation that was out of my control. This experience has definitely made me hesitant to purchase again.

Love the fireplace looks really good with our 75” inch tv above it . Our kids love the changing lights . Also keeps us cozy if the room gets a little cold

Overall very happy with the fireplace, the flame is very real looking. It has 2 options to have in the firebox shelf, either a log look piece or glass crystals with an extra string light that is placed under the crystals. The remote control operates both the flame and the string light for color, brightness, etc. The directions were a little vague for both the surround and the fireplace insert, found the QR codes helpful that are on the instructions.
