U-Taste silicone baking mat is heat resistant up to 500ºF. No burning or melting or staining when using in oven or microwave. No more parchment or foil needed for regular baking. The edge is wrapped with silicone which can avoid peeling off from the edge. No cracking, peeling or flaked off will trouble you. Our circles are encased within the silicone which is more sturdy and won't fade easily. The circles make it easy to measure out the correct size and how much batter to pipe in. We use food grade non-stick silicone material with fibreglass inside to help heat evenly. Your Macarons will turn out great without burning on the one side.
