I purchased this automatic garbage can as a Christmas gift for my mom. When it arrived it had a crack at the bottom also it was dented I contacted a Wayfair representative and they asked me to send the original garbage bin back as they shipped out a replacement one. One week later the replacement arrives I take it out of the box & it to was damaged dents everywhere. I contacted them again letting them know I was frustrated about the whole situation. They then told me someone will be in touch with me couple hours later they came up with a solution to either send it back for the third time. I wasn’t having it another solution was they discounted it and I keep it with the dents I just went with that solution as I didn’t have the patience to send it back again. Overall the only reason I didn’t request for a refund is that it’s such a nice garbage can. But they must do a better job sending out products that are damaged.. Anonymous. . 2025-01-10 07:02:21

I just received my new garbage cans today and they were 2 days early….
