The Armour SX5000 WB is a Department of Transportation-approved water-based penetrating water-repellent sealer. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%. The Armour SX5000 WB is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or colour of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mould, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

Received it earlier than promised and applied the first coat to my front walkway. Amazing product, as usual the prep work took the most time, pressure washing it and waiting 24 hours to dry. Another 600 square feet to go but this was a good test! Im loving this product, its so much better than a water based sealer. Pictures are before and after. It is expensive but worth it.. Leanne. Innovative new approach to Epoxy Mortar that enables a smoother matt finish. Epoxy Elite EVO is a commercial product that can be used as a non-sag setting material and grouting product. Extremely easy to install and maintain (follow specific instructions for this product). 2-part anti-acid epoxy mortar. Part A consists of a mixture of epoxy resin, fine-grain siliceous aggregates, pigments and specific organic additives. Component B consists of an innovative organic catalyst.
