Bought this bed for my very elderly Mom, she loves it which makes me happy. We especially love the option to lower the legs on the bed to 8” makes it so much easier for her to get in and out of bed. I love this my adjustable bed with message. Not only can you lift your head up you can also lift your feet up and messages both at the same time. The message is also on 3 timers. Especially the remote. Has everything you need on it at your figure tips including 2 USB plugs on base. I felt like a queen. I suffer from chronic pain and fibermyalgia. I also have the 12 inch Mattress included in the base deal. I was nervous that I might be to low to the ground with the base. Absolutely NOT!! It’s higher than I imagined as well is a 12 inch mattress enough ABSOLUTELY IS. the mattress is firm feeling but you mold into the foam as well. We took mattress out of box and in no time started to inflate right in front of my eyes. By dinner time it was fully ready to use. Also I adjusted the box up just a little, my husband said I never snored either. Lol!! Best sleep I had in a long time. I would recommend this product. Both we had no issues installing. So far the bed seems great, I ordered for my mom who broke her pelvic bone. It has different height levels to help get in and out of bed easier. She says its comfortable and the massage feature is okay. The only downfall is it wasn't all delivered the same day. It had 4 heavy boxes and only 1 box was delivered a day. Just got this bed and , so far, it’s very comfy! My husband was so sceptical and now that he has had a chance to try it, he is sold! This bed is so comfortable! And the adjustable frame works so easily, I love all the settings and different positions it can be in. Two things to note the frame is extremely heavy, it took 4 people to set up. And the bar at the end of the frame which is to keep the mattress from sliding down periodically pops out and needs to be popped back into place. Otherwise this bed is perfect!
