Hi Melody, I hope you've been well. Hoping for your thoughts on an issue with the master shower completed a couple years ago at 119 Falcon Drive in Morden. We noticed a small area on drywall next to the shower a week or so ago - the paint was bubbling/wet and I was easily able to remove some drywall material - the board underneath feels wet and not drying after a couple days - I imagine if it was just splash from routine showering then it would've dried by now, but it has not.  I'm wondering if there could be a potential leak behind the tiled shower and if the wet area extends beyond the tile border, and what you (or your trades') suggestions would be the next best step. We also have a room that's a clean slate and we can build our room around what we find. I was so excited seeing this shower door. I was surprised when I received a call to verify the measurements and that we'd be able to use it. It was also amazing to talk to someone else who is in Texas as that's where i grew up and my family including my brother lives. The freight company who delivered was amazing. We haven't installed this yet but we did inspect the boxes and everything looks wonderful!! The glass is super thick and has a beautiful frosted look.
