Purchased to replace an older microwave - but the dimensions were a little different (higher unit - had to modify wall to accept the unit). By this time we were already into almost $500 Canadian for a gas tech to fit the conversions kit and connect it up. I tried to call someone at Wayfair to discuss the replacement and financial issues, but was unable to reach them. I have been told by email that I have to eat the wasted installation costs, despite that it is clearly Wayfair's fault. This is pretty poor customer service - I pay for their mistakes.
