Overall I am happy with this purchase. The swivel chairs are great. The cushions are a decent amount of firm and soft. I do wish there was a way to tie down the cushions, they come off pretty easy with people leaning certain ways and the back cushions can get smushed, but none of that is so bad. I don't love the wood look to the arm rests, my product came with wear on it, and the seller was easy to work with for righting the issue, however makes me weary for how easy the arms will wear in the future. Overall, very nice set. It was missing 5 large screws for both the couch and chairs, but I luckily had some on hand that could be used from other furniture.
