This aqua-colored sofa bed is probably the best quality furniture I have acquired out of the roughly ten new pieces I've recently purchased. After reading the comments, we decided to hire the (Wayfair) professional assembly service, which turned out to be totally worth it and the right decision. The wood used is incredibly very solid; this is a simple styl, yet very robust and durable sofa bed. We have bought too much assembly-required furniture online, mostly from overseas brands, that upon close inspection had poorly finished paint or felt light and fragile, as if it could easily break under pressure. This beautiful, olive green couch is very easy to put together. I JUST moved in, so having something easy to set up was essential. No power tools are required, as there’s an Allen wrench provided, but you can use a drill to speed up the process if you have hex key bits. There’s an extra bolt and washer also included (five total, but only four needed), in case you losestrip one. I ordered this on a Friday, and it arrived the very next day. The couch is firm, so if you’re wanting something plush and “soft,” I wouldn’t choose this. It’s velvet, so it is soft to the touch, but not “plushcloudy” soft, if that makes sense. I really like it, AND there’s zippered storage under the couch. That’s where the cushions were stored, but you can put other smaller things in there, if necessary. My only concern is it is not a "queen size bed" and that should be changed in the description. There were no dimensions. It would only be possible for one person who is 5'6" or under to sleep on this. Having said that, I will probably keep it as the price was low. The color is nice (a light cream) and it is easy to sit on or move around. It did not have any bad odor when I opened it up. My air purifier did not detect anything.
