Great safe. Even better was the service I received from wayfair. I thought I was going to have another safe shipped. I was missing one small clip that holds shelf. Couldn't find it anywhere on internet. Notified wayfair and forwarded photo of missing part. 10 days later, from China, via Fedex came the missing part and extras. Excellent customer service. The safe arrived damaged from the carrier. I was assured by Sanctuary that the safe left their warehouse in perfect condition so they could do nothing to help me. The safe is well built and locking mechanism works well. Since the damage did not affect the function of the safe (cosmetic) and was not visible where I placed it I decided to keep it as Wayfair offered me a discount. It was not worth the hassle of return/replace or refund.. Charles. Southern Pines, NC. Mon Apr 21 2025

Didn't realize it required assembly until it got here. Probably my fault for not reading carefully. It's a decent storage locker, but the gun rests are not great and isn't quite a sturdy as I hoped for from the pics, but it will do. Actually received the size bigger than I ordered, but again Wayfair customer service was awesome and issued a 25% refund and I'm going to make it work to avoid disassembly and shipping back.. Robert. After researching a lot of options, I chose this safe due to its greater capacity to resist higher temperature fires and standing for several days in water, as well as its certification for holding small firearms. it's a compact size with a heavy-duty design. The extra mechanical keys are great to have in case there is a problem with the electronic keypad. The shelves are padded and there is additional storage in the inside of the door. It's helpful to have the bolt-down kit that will deter anyone from attempting to remove the safe from its location. It's a quality design and seems to be, so far, worth the price, compared to other options. It also arrive in great condition as it was packaged really well, as you can see in the photos.. Kendra.
