The lamp was easy to assemble and looks very attractive. When illuminted the colors are soft but crisp. it looks very nice and we're glad we bought it, along with several other Tiffany glass style lamps. Ratehr than having them all match, We went with different styles throughout our home and they look very stylish.

My fiance wanted a Tiffany lamp for the library, and convinced me that not all tiffany lamps look like they belong in my grandmother's house. This lamp looks great -- and in fact looks much better than it does in the picture. The colors in the shade are warmer than pictured. The metal base is heavy and very sturdy, and assembly was minimal and took all of a couple minutes. I was particularly impressed with the very careful packaging. This lamp has two sockets and the bulbs sit horizontally inside the lamp shade. There is a separate chain switch for each bulb, so you can turn them off individually to control the brightness of the light. Overall this is a pretty awesome table lamp and is great both as an accent piece and as a usable reading lamp.
