Seems well made. Looks very nice. Was not difficult to install. Much better looking than what was on our old post. Fairly pricey, but seems well made as long as it holds up in the elements. I was not sure I would like this globe outdoor lantern top, but I am very happy with it. It is modern looking- much different from the traditional one we had.
